My expertise is in archaeological open-air museums in all its guises. I know what it takes to create a framework for others, to make it possible to get what needs to be done. It is me who has an overview, without being a micro manager. I like doing strategy work with measurable objectives. I have broad experience in many aspects: finance, management, shop, maintenance, cafe, PR & marketing, volunteers, and the many different types of employees that exist here. I have written and run several EU projects and like to collaborate crosswise.
